Right in the center of Santigny, the estate is composed of an early XIXth century mansion and of its outbuildings. The charm of the past is everywhere to be found: ancient beams in the living-room, wooden doors adorned with original wrought iron, the lounge’s wide fireplace. Among the outbuildings, the old stable and kennels bear the trace of Colonel Goureau – a Napoleon I engineer officer – who had the house built. Today, the stable’s front pavement composes a pleasant terrace...
« Thanks for giving the mansion & the park a second youth »

The two-acre park offers a great variety of species and atmospheres. You will alternately stroll under the canopy of 150-year-old cedar trees and feel the romanticism of the lime-tree alley. You will frolic through the vivid summer garden and awaken your senses at the vegetable patch. Feel free to saunter through the park and give way to your curiosity under the eyes of birds and squirrels.
« Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay at your beautiful house. We very much enjoyed the calm and peaceful surroundings »
